Beautiful dd came in my sewing room to talk last night and gave me quite a giggle... I looked down and saw these peeking from under her jammies....

Oh to be a teenage girl again! LOL!

She was trying to make her Momma not be quite so nervous about today...

Such a sweet girl...

The first day of school went ok for me. It was long, and we had a few breaks, which helped, but I didn't sleep worth a piddly poo last night (in anticipation, I think), so I was incredibly tired today....

 I ran into the Director of the Nursing Program early in the AM, and it really made me feel good that she remembered my name from being my Pharmacology instructor many, many years ago! Shoot, she remembered all of our names.....

That made me feel more at ease almost immediately.

I already have homework to do for week after next, and a paper to write, so I'll get to crackin' on that tomorrow, I think.

It was such a lovely day when I got home, that dh and I did some outside work, and our son got involved. He cleaned out and restacked the wood in a sturdier pile, so it doesnt look so *yuk* outside. He was a busy boy this afternnon, helping get some of the household chores done, and it apparently took its toll.... :)

He sat down to draw some pictures, and this is what we found a while later....

He's such a wonderful help (most of the time)!

We all ended up this way.... him, after working out in the yard, me, after working in the yard, and not sleeping well last night, and dh after driving to Kentucky last night! We pretty much wasted an entire beautiful afternoon....

LOL!

But it was all worth it.
