It's Monday today!

Ahhh monday... Where would we be without Mondays? Back to the regular days for the week.. back to the "normal" routine of things. Children are off to school, hubby is off to work and Mom has been taken care of.

Yesterday, Den took 2 of the children and went to church, while I had Amelia and took Mom to the hospital. As we were doing her hair for church, she began to cry and said that her side hurt. Now...I know no one here "knows"  Mom, but when this lady cries due to pain, you KNOW something hurts. So off we went. A wonderful doctor saw Mom and suggested an Xray. He thought that after her fall last week, that maybe her elbow had jammed into her ribs causing a bruise of sorts. And apparently, that's exactly what it was. But I was also able to discuss with him about Mom's nocturnal hypoglycemia, and he didn't "change" her insulin again (Like almost every other doctor has ever done), he decreased it by 4 units. Last night..Mom's blood sugar stayed normal!!!!!! Praise God! Thank You Lord!

Anyway, we had a great day yesterday. We went to the park hunting tadpoles (Cindy~ this is YOUR fault!) LOL!

But we couldn't find any.....so some of us decided to jump on in (with Dad's help) and have fun!

We went and looked at the ducks and geese in the water, and tried to spot fish swimming just under the surface...

Then we walked to the park and played awhile....

All in all.....we had a GREAT day, and we enjoyed the Lord's beautiful day!!!
