As my brain is trying to settle from the previous nights ummm, shall we say, extreme strangeness.....
Work was ok last night, at least no one had anything extreme happen, and everyone was rather calm. I was text messaging a dear and wonderful friend most of the evening. That's how calm it was.
I need to get the children off to school, so I can go to bed. I'm getting rather tired, and dh isn't waking up from his 2nd shift last night to take them to school any time soon! :)
That's ok though. When I get back, I get to snuggle up to his warm bod, and doze off till work time again.
Things here at Hatfield House are going well. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, the city department is giving us a new sidewalk in front of our house, and they have the entire street blocked from one way or another! It is in such a disarry that I fell trying to come up the walk the other day. DH helped me up, and I laughed about it. What a sight I must've been..... tripping over my scrubs and flat down onto the concrete steps, dropping my prescriptions and keys to boot! LOL! Just skinned my ignorance more than anything.
We ran out of wood for heating, so we're having to resort to blankets and snuggly clothes! LOL! (And yes, we do have gas heat too, but I choose not to use it.)
Time to take the youngins to school, then time to hit the sack for me....
