We took Dennis' little brother and his family and went to the zoo today...

alot of needed family time....

A wonderful time was had by all. We were tired, but it was a good tired. A satisfied tired by the end of the day. Granted, no work was done, but with all the tension in our families the past couple of months, we felt that we deserved a day off to have a good time, don't you?
What a wonderful blessing it was to have fun time with the family after so much happening in your life. Yes I do believe you all deserved a day off to enjoy life for awhile.
ReplyDeleteI love all the photo's and Abigails birthday ones too. Funny., my soon to be 16 year old has asked to go to the zoo on her birthday. How funny. Guess I will make that happen for her.

What a fun day you had! And yes, you certainly deserved it. So sorry to hear about your father in law. At least you were able to be there with him and he wasn't alone. I'm glad you were able to get away for a bit.
