25 quarts of baking apples canned
and
4 quarts frozen
and
16 quarts of applesauce
put up for yummy winter eating! :) (That was just THIS batch of apples! LOL! ~ I don't remember what we got from the previous batch!)
There's chicken to be de-boned today and noodles to make tonight, cause dh is requesting chicken and dumplings again this evening....
