As most of you know, I am on Weight Watchers, and have been, for the most part, successful in my endeavors. However, I have recently had a "falling off the wagon" so to speak, and after a couple of weeks of nonsense eating, I pulled my head out of my rear end, and got back on track.
This involved some tears and voicing concerns about my emotional eating, and inability to curb it. My precious husband understood. Breaking out the cookbooks last night, he came upon Chicken with Apples and Cider for supper tonight. Absolutely delish! And as sides, we had brown rice with mixed veggies and a salad on the side. All for a mere 16 points! (I had some cottage cheese too though...)
It means alot to me that my family is pulling together to help me through a hurdle. Isn't that what families do? Help each other? In this case, I didn't get any pics of the food, but I did get dd helping in the kitchen (a rare pic~ I may keep it.. it will be worth money someday. ).
And with almost 25 pounds gone, I sure don't want to stop now!
